These terms govern use of the website at https://indianapoliscommercialrefrigeration.com and the commercial refrigeration service request line operated under the Indianapolis Commercial Refrigeration name. By using the site or calling the service request line, you agree to these terms.
Service Request Line Positioning
Indianapolis Commercial Refrigeration operates as a commercial refrigeration service request line. Service requests intake through this line are routed to a local commercial refrigeration service provider when one is available and the request fits the provider's service area, equipment capability, EPA Section 608 certification scope, and schedule. We are not the dispatched provider and are not the contractor performing the work. Operational specifics — licensing, insurance, EPA certifications, response time, ETA, and rate structure — belong to the dispatched provider and are confirmed before any service truck is dispatched.
Commercial Equipment Only
The service request line is for commercial refrigeration equipment used by restaurants, grocers, food distributors, hospitals, schools, hotels, breweries, cold storage operators, and similar commercial food service operations. We do not handle residential refrigerators, home freezers, residential ice makers, residential HVAC or air conditioning, residential heat pumps, automotive AC, RV or boat refrigeration, window AC units, or residential appliance repair.
Service Area Limitations
Coverage spans the Indianapolis metro and Central Indiana including Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Hancock, Boone, and Johnson counties. Service availability for any specific request depends on provider capacity, equipment type, urgency, location, and facility-specific requirements at the moment of intake. We do not guarantee provider availability for any specific request.
No Guarantee of Provider Availability
Submitting a service request does not create a contract for service. A service contract is formed directly between you and the dispatched provider after the provider confirms ETA, rate structure, and scope. You may decline dispatch at any point before service begins.
