Does submitting a request cost money?
This website does not add a separate website fee to the request unless a page expressly identifies one before submission. How can compensation be earned?

Does compensation affect which provider receives a request?
Commercial relationships can affect which providers are available in the routing network. Routing may also consider location, equipment, service category, urgency, hours, provider capacity, facility requirements, and the completeness of the submitted information.
The website does not promise that every available local provider will be considered or that the provider receiving a request is the cheapest, nearest, highest-rated, fastest, manufacturer-authorized, or best provider. Any comparative or preference claim must be separately supported and disclosed.
Does compensation affect editorial content?
Compensation does not remove the requirement to support factual claims, identify the website's role, separate public planning ranges from quotes, avoid fabricated reviews and credentials, and correct material errors.
A commercial relationship may be disclosed when it is relevant to a provider-specific page, placement, recommendation, or call to action. Paid placement should not be presented as independent proof of quality.
What should a requester verify independently?
Before authorizing service, verify with the provider:
- Provider identity and contact information
- Service capability for the equipment, refrigerant, manufacturer, and facility
- Required license, registration, insurance, certification, or vendor documentation
- Arrival or appointment estimate
- Diagnostic and rate structure
- Scope and exclusions

What information may be shared?
Information reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to a request may be shared with prospective providers or service partners. This may include contact information, facility name, service address, equipment details, symptoms, photos, timing, access, purchasing requirements, and the page or campaign that generated the request.
